VWireless was founded in October 2002 with a clear mission: to give people honest options, clear information, and a local place they can truly trust for wireless, internet, and TV services. Founder Victor Orozco began his career selling phones and quickly recognized a growing problem in the industry. As wireless companies shifted toward automated systems and corporate call centers, customers were left confused, overwhelmed, and locked into contracts they didn’t fully understand. This challenge was especially present within the Spanish speaking community, where clear explanations and one-on-one guidance were often missing.

What began with phone sales evolved into something much bigger. VWireless was intentionally built as a one-stop shop, starting with mobile services and expanding into TV through DISH Network and DirecTV, along with internet solutions and connectivity options for rural communities that are frequently overlooked. As technology continued to advance, VWireless grew alongside it, always with the goal of simplifying services and creating transparency for customers.

As a third-party provider, VWireless operates differently from corporate stores. We are paid a one time commission, regardless of how high or low a customer’s bill may be. This allows us to focus on what truly matters: helping customers understand their services, choose the best value, and save money without pressure, upselling, or empty promises.
